I'm really excited about some of the new things I've gotten into lately.  I've started doing cookie bouquets and decorated cookies and cookie cakes on a regular basis.

Also, just yesterday I completed a couple of "sweets trays" for a local event.  The trays contained chocolate chip cookies drizzled with chocolate, chocolate cake truffles drizzled with white chocolate, chocolate dipped strawberries, vanilla and strawberry cake squares (think "petit fours") and sugar cookies with "Sweet Annie's" cookie icing.  It was long hours and a lot of work but it was just a lot of fun for me to do such a different variety of things!  I'm hoping that I will have the opportunity to do more of these type of things on a regular basis as well.
